As a Service Technician, you will install, maintain and troubleshoot advanced solar systems assisting to deliver top-quality solutions.
Job Description:
Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring quick and effective solutions
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar thermal systems, HVAC systems, and related equipment
Perform maintenance tasks to maximize system performance and lifespan
Focus on quality workmanship and deliver outstanding customer service
Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to uphold high standards in system reliability and efficiency
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 – 4 years' experience in a maintenance environment
Familiar with hydraulic layouts, plumbing and electrical systems using hot water generation would be an absolute advantage
Valid driver's license
Strong technical knowledge of solar thermal systems, HVAC technologies, and related equipment
Technical certification in solar thermal systems or HVAC systems is an advantage
Great interpersonal and client relationship skills
Ability to diagnose complex issues and solve problems quickly
Ability to work independently and in a team
Qualification:
National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
