- Stay Informed: Keep up with our latest collections, processes, and policies, ensuring you can guide clients with the utmost confidence and expertise.
- Experience & Passion: At least 2 years in client services, with a proven ability to manage relationships and delight customers.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a natural ability to connect with both internal and external clients.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Ability to handle queries efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for the little things that make a big difference, ensuring every interaction is polished to perfection.
- Fast-Paced & Focused: You thrive in a dynamic environment, easily managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience in helpdesk support, call centers, or retail is a plus!
